How we built this

Honest version. Here's what's behind this chat:

Step 1

Wrote Summerset-shaped knowledge

Five hero articles covering the ORA, weekly fees, tours, the care continuum, and what's included. The agent quotes from these and explains ORA / DMF in plain English the first time they come up.

Step 2

Built workflows for two real flows

Natural-language workflows for village enquiries (with tour booking) and ORA / fee questions. Care or clinical questions never get answered — they route to the clinical manager with an internal note.

Step 3

Connected mock Summerset tools

Three mock tools — resident lookup, village availability by region, and tour booking — that mirror real systems. In production these point at your village database and tour scheduler.

Step 4

Went live with guardrails on

Published to the live environment with the no-weak-uncertainty guardrail steering every response. Tested across 10 scenarios — see the report.
